

Bella Rosa
A refreshing citrus cocktail that will leave your taste buds celebrating.
Try it with a twist by switching out Bombay Sapphire gin with Hendrix gin, and substitute fresh basil for rose petals and cucumber.
Directions
- In a Martini shaker, muddle 2 basil leaves until bruised and oils are released. Add ice, gin, lemon juice and bitters.
- Shake vigorously. Double strain with fine sieve over ice into a Collins glass.
Ingredients
2 oz Bombay Sapphire gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
3 oz pink grapefruit juice
Sprig fresh basil
Angostura bitters (dash)
