Bobbing for Apples

Break out of your cocktail rut and impress your guests this season with the perfect fall cocktail.

Directions

1. Add cognac, Grand Mariner, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaking tin.
2. Shake tin without ice to incorporate the egg white.
3. Add ice and shake until chilled.
4. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass.
5. Top with the dry cider.
6. Garnish with a bobbing apple. Tip: use a melon baller to create this effect.

Ingredients

1.5oz Cognac

0.5oz Grand Mariner

1oz Lemon Juice

0.5oz Simple Syrup

Egg White

Top with Dry Cider
