With the help of our world-class baking instructors, learn how to transform your home kitchen into a bakery. Our wide variety of baking and pastry classes will teach you everything from preparing the perfect pie and loaf of bread to complex confectionaries.

This introductory course covers the essentials of baking from scratch, including: mixing methods, ingredients, weighing, recipes, understanding your oven and choosing the best tools and equipment. With hands-on training in SAIT's world-class bakery, you'll learn how to make quickbreads, cookies, pies and simple breads.
