The Market Place at the Culinary Campus

Drop in and and sample some of the great work of our Professional Chef students! Our Market serves up four stations of deliciousness: Rotisserie, Braise, Sauté and Boulangerie/Patisserie. Grab a light breakfast on the fly or pop in and grab a lunch to go. Hot lunch service is at the stations from 11:00 AM to 1 PM. Or pick up incredible meals to go during our regular operating hours.

We also offer a variety of items (edible and not) for enthusiast cooks. Drop by soon to see our offerings.
