Discover how this delicate wine-like beverage can maintain its mild flavor even though it is brewed much like our traditional beer. Combined your new sake knowledge with a food whose history is equally as rich; the ever present sushi roll. Chef Okamitsu will demonstrate how to make a dungeness crab maki roll, tempura as well as how to tackle shucking an oyster. Elise will be pairing each course with a sake. Learn from world reknowned Sake expert Elise Gee and Chef Hayato Okamitsu.
